This page is our privacy policy and information notice under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). It explains how your personal data is processed when you use iboxsoft.com and iBoxSoft services.
1. Data controller
Your personal data is processed by OZAN BALIK ESTETİK SAĞLIK TURİZM VE SANAYİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“iBoxSoft”) as data controller.

2. What data we process
- Contact form: name, phone, email, the service you are interested in and your message.
- Chat assistant: messages you write to the assistant and any contact details you choose to share.
- WhatsApp / email: messages you send us directly.
- Usage and device data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited — only according to your cookie choice (see section 7).
- Client dashboard: users’ name, email and login records.
Data processed on behalf of our clients: messages that businesses using iBoxSoft receive via Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp and their websites are processed on that business’s behalf (as data processor). The business is the controller of that data; each client’s data is kept separate and never shared with another client.
3. Purposes
- Replying to your request, preparing quotes and scheduling intro calls,
- Answering your questions through the chat assistant,
- Entering into and performing contracts, invoicing,
- Website security, error detection and performance measurement,
- Measuring our ad campaigns, if you consent.
4. Legal basis
We process data where it is necessary to enter into or perform a contract, to comply with legal obligations, or for our legitimate interests (KVKK art. 5/2). Analytics and marketing cookies and transfers abroad rely on your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1 and 9).
5. Sharing
We never sell your data. It may be shared only as necessary to provide the service and under confidentiality obligations with: hosting and email providers, the AI infrastructure provider that runs the chat assistant, Meta Platforms and Google (channel integrations and, with your consent, measurement), and public authorities where legally required. Some of these providers store data outside Türkiye; such transfers rely on your consent or the other conditions set out in KVKK art. 9.
6. Retention
Data is kept only as long as needed for its purpose and applicable limitation periods. Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted or anonymised within 2 years at the latest. Invoicing and accounting records are kept for the statutory period (10 years).
7. Cookies
- Essential: needed for the site to work, for security and to remember your cookie choice; no consent required.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4, to measure page visits as anonymous statistics.
- Marketing: Meta Pixel, to measure the impact of our ads.
Analytics and marketing cookies are enabled only if you consent. You can change your choice anytime via the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the page.
8. Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction, deletion or destruction, object, and claim compensation for damages. Send your request with information verifying your identity to info@iboxsoft.com; we respond free of charge within 30 days.
9. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on servers with access limited to authorised staff. Each client’s data is kept separate and dashboard access is logged.
